Requirements

Requisite education and experience :
• Experience minimum 3 years and passionate in UX experience or related fields
• Strong eCommerce B2C experience
• Experience working on a multi market / multi language eCommerce site
• An online portfolio to showcase working process and examples
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
• Expert experience with toolset (Microsoft suite, Axure, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools)
• Strong grasp of varying eCommerce shopping business models
• Able to differentiate UX/UI required based on nuances of each platform (ex. iOS vs. Android vs. mobile web)
• Drive UX/UI iterations based on usage and conversion data in addition to deep understanding of local users’ habits
• Strong understanding of combining user-centered design principles with user research
• Strong understanding of web interface programming, including HTML/XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Ability to present concepts and designs to the stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to produce UX deliverables
• Serve as a UX expert in the organization
• Line up UI/UX implementation best practice with business requirements and trends
• Lead a team of UX designers to achieve UX enhancement project deliverables
• Lead quantitative and qualitative testing methodologies to ensure UX effectiveness
• Work closely with Product Owners and Web Analytics team to gain UI/UX-related actionable insights
